Kapalua is appointed by the McCloy Group to manage the sales at Billy’s Lookout, Teralba, a land subdivision totalling nearly 500 lots that will be developed over a 5+ year period. McCloy Group is the region’s premier land developer. This has since been expanded upon with our work selling out the Brush Creek Estate, in Edgeworth, with a total of 206 homesites sold.
