Since 1978, Richard has worked at the forefront of Newcastle’s property industry as a leading force in some of the region’s most ambitious developments. He enjoyed 30 rewarding years as a director of the distinguished real estate agency, Creer Property (formerly Creer & Berkeley), before pursuing his own vision — to create Newcastle’s first exclusive project advisory and marketing consultancy.
Vehement about ensuring the Hunter region’s new developments were suitably showcased, and embraced by both clients and purchasers alike, Richard assembled a team of equally impassioned, industry professionals to bring his vision to life.
Today, Richard employs a hands on approach with all Kapalua Projects as well as providing the leadership and drive that invigorates the Kapalua Advisory team.
Kellie commenced her property career in 2000 and now specialises in project marketing and off the plan sales. Kellie understands the risk developers take when bringing their projects to market, and her important role in ensuring that such risk is rewarded. Not only does Kellie advise developers on local market demands & marketing strategies, she is attuned to both client and purchaser needs.
Kellie draws on years of client management experience to ensure all parties receive the care and attention they deserve, and are kept informed and educated throughout their entire experience with Kapalua. Kellie uses a personal approach when she explains the benefits and features of a particular development to a buyer. Purchasers respond particularly well to her natural warm nature — her sales record is testament to the effectiveness of her interaction with them.
Wendy uses her background in marketing, sales and compliance to support brand development and the production of marketing collateral to showcase each project. Working closely with the Kapalua team, Wendy manages the logistics of the project launch. She is responsible for planning and scheduling marketing campaigns, identifying the skills and resources to deliver the project elements, preparing marketing budgets and overseeing the launch to completion is on time and within budget.
Beyond the launch, Wendy provides support to the team to ensure a constant flow of communication with developers and purchasers through to the successful completion of the development.
Victoria embarked upon her property career in 2004 and this lengthy experience encompasses residential listings, investment sales and advice, as well as new project and land sales. Her strength in client management and communication ensures that purchasers and vendors are kept informed, educated and comfortable during the entire purchase process.
Victoria’s interpersonal skills, coupled with her procedural approach, ensure each and every client receives the very best care and attention throughout their sales experience.
Renee has 15 years’ experience in financial management and business administration. She ensures sales transactions are seamless from start to finish and clients are kept informed every step of the way.
